Who we are
Principals in FPC are:
David W. Boyd, President - Beginning as a typesetting apprentice, David's career has taken him through all
aspects of the composition and printing of documents. Early in his career, the regulated mutual fund
industry caught his attention and has held it ever since. Having served with several of the major financial
printers, he established Compliance, Inc. in early 1992 as his company to service the typesetting, printing,
and distribution needs of the mutual fund industry.
H. Frederick Nielsen. Jr. - As a security research analyst, Fred began his business career in the world
of securities and continued through the portfolio management and client servicing responsibilities. Computer
based systems for trust accounting, reporting and trust operations developed his interest in the effective use
of the computer resource. In 198x, Fred joined David at a financial printer that was completing the development
of the first of the portfolio processing systems to serve as a product manager, responsible for sales support,
installation, and servicing clients.
John X. Zimmerman - Jack Zimmerman has served in major corporate data processing organizations as
manager and director. His expertise in computer system management, planning, and disaster recovery has been important.
