Services Provided
Automated typesetting from Word and Excel files, printing of documents and marketing materials,
EDGAR filing, distribution to shareholders and others, and a variety of specialized services related to the
production, distribution, and other uses of information processed.
- Typesetting: the traditional terminology, FPC provides Digital Formatting which is process in which
the client's data, Word or Excel pages, are converted electronically into PDF format. The PDF format
displays the data in the typeset format; font, point size, etc., of the final report. The data is
portrayed as presented by the author. Should changes be required, the author can modify the original input
file and re-process the file OR mark up the pages.and return them for alteration of the master file.
- Printing: whether digital reproduction or four color print, FPC has a number of printers
producing quality work under these strictures. Where additional effort, overtime or more people,
are required, we have personnel standing ready for the challenge. Our objective is to meet the 60 day
"window" for the shareholder mailing.
- Distribution: FPC will promptly distribute the bulk quantities as required and the shareholder
distribution under the most effective means. We can provide householding, name and address editing,
and pre-sort in order to qualify for the most cost effective USPS per piece postage rate possible.
- EDGAR: we will facilitate the SEC EDGAR filing by converting the final document data presented to
the printer into a format which is "friendly" to the filing process. FPC will also assist in the external
data gathering that is essential to the final filing of N-CSRs and other documents.
- Website: on completion of the "typesetting" segment of the print project, FPC can provide the
document in a variety of formats for website posting, other document printing, or other purposes.
